With 13+ years of professional sales experience, marketing and customer care, Kathy knows the value of long-term relationships. She is quick to make a new acquaintance feel comfortable and believes successful and open communication is critical to the process of helping her clients meet their real estate objectives. Kathy’s love of the industry coupled with her high energy, can-do attitude and focus allow her to provide superior service to her clients. Kathy has expertise in the luxury home market and new home construction. Spending 9 years working for one of the country’s most esteemed builders (David Weekley Homes), gives her the ability to help her clients understand the construction process while being an excellent advocate for them when need be. Kathy has lived in Central Florida since 1999 and is originally from New York, she currently resides in Lake Nona with her husband and daughter. They love to travel and meet new people. With over $100,000,000 in real estate sales over her career Kathy feels so fortunate for the blessings in her life and is anxious to share with you the many wonderful things that make Central Florida and it’s unique communities special to her and her family.
